A grassroots research hub, SAGENT aims to spearhead research on European security in light of current AI developments. Its exploratory character allows for the dynamism and openness needed at this moment. We assist researchers and students in identifying key areas of importance within the rapidly evolving field and provide them with a low-barrier, accessible platform to publish forward-thinking research.

SAGENT curates concise assessments, maps emerging risks, and gives concrete recommendations. It mainly targets students and early-career scholars eager to publish their work and gain visibility.

We hope that our project gives AI research a head start, fosters collaboration across disciplines, and contributes to an informed emerging AGI debate.
